Claran Massie

Claran is the General Manager of PUMP24 in Harrisonburg and a recent graduate of JMU. Having grown up playing sports, she has always enjoyed staying active, but it was during college that she discovered her passion for strength training and the gym.

Claran is especially passionate about helping women build confidence both inside and outside of the gym. She believes fitness should be enjoyable, sustainable, and empowering. In her own training, she enjoys changing up her routine to keep lifting both fun and functional, and she brings that same mindset to her clients. Her goal is to make every client feel seen, supported, and capable of becoming the best version of themselves. One day, she hopes to open a women’s gym of her own and continue creating a strong, supportive fitness community.

Alex Schnare

Alex is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and a student at JMU. Her passion for fitness stems from a lifetime of soccer and running, and over the last few years, she has pivoted that athletic drive to focus on resistance training. Alex has experienced the many benefits that come from fitness and a healthy lifestyle, and her goal is to share that knowledge to empower others and help them get stronger. Alex’s personalized programs challenge clients to reach their goals with a motivating and realistic approach in mind.

Isaiah is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer with a strong passion for strength training, performance, and helping others reach their full potential. With hands-on experience in both personal training and group fitness, he brings energy, knowledge, and real-world application to every session. His approach focuses on building strength, confidence, and discipline while helping clients push past their limits and achieve real results. With a long-term vision of building something bigger in the fitness industry, Isaiah is committed to constantly improving his craft and delivering high-level, personalized training that drives lasting progress.

Keaton Teeft

Keaton has been a Personal Trainer for the past year and is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and lasting fitness habits. In addition to training clients, he serves as a professional firefighter, where strength, endurance, and physical readiness are essential every day. With a background as a Division 1 rower and experience in distance running, he brings a strong foundation of discipline, conditioning, and mental toughness to his training style. He trains daily with a focus on bodybuilding and functional strength to continue improving both in the gym and on the job. His goal is to help clients push past their limits, build resilience, and reach their full potential through consistent, purposeful training.

Anna is certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health mindset coach and is studying functional health to support clients with deeper health issues. Over the past five years she has helped hundreds of women transform their overall health and fitness through personalized exercise and nutrition plans. Hadrien Harroo

With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, Hadrien specializes in helping clients of all experience levels build confidence in the gym. He has a particular focus on working with busy professionals who spend most of their day sitting, designing programs that improve mobility, strength, and overall movement quality. As the founder of a successful meal prep company, Hadrien understands that true fitness goes beyond just training — it’s about building sustainable habits inside and outside the gym. His well-rounded approach combines expert coaching with practical strategies to help clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.

Leah Bohannon

Leah is the General Manager at Pump24 Vienna, a personal trainer, and a group fitness instructor. She has an undergraduate degree in Exercise Science and a Master’s in Applied Nutrition and Physical Activity from Virginia Tech. Leah is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, sustainable habits, and a love of movement. Her training style blends athletic and functional movement patterns with mind-body principles developed through 17 years of dance training and her experience as a Pilates instructor. She creates workouts that are both effective and enjoyable, helping clients move well, feel strong, and build fitness routines they can maintain for years to come.

Mary Gould

Mary has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has experience training all age groups and fitness levels. She specializes in strength training, sports conditioning, and goal setting, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personalized goals and gain confidence throughout their fitness journey. Mary has played multiple sports and has even practiced martial arts, such as Krav Maga! She fell in love with weight lifting soon after and strives to help other people find their full potential through fitness.

Kalenga Nsekela

Kalenga Nsekela (WLFKND) is an ISSA Certified Personal Trainer and Bodybuilding Expert. A lifetime of team and individual athletics lead to an extensive understanding of the body, its capabilities and its limitations. Coupled with martial arts training extending over 15 years, Kalenga brings a rounded approach to fitness and wellness, prioritizing Mobility, Flexibility and Functional Strength. Chiko Matali

I am a Radford University graduate in Exercise science and kinesiology. I have a passion for motivating others, working out, and holding others accountable. Having trained over 225 different people in Northern Virginia, I specialize in lifestyle training, weight loss, muscle gain, and or functional workouts. Being a trainer now for 10 years, helping others has been my everything. Growing up, working out has always been my passion, playing football competitively. What I love about working out is not only that it helps with your physical body, but it also really helps your mental and everyday mindset. My main focus is helping clients stay consistent, help motivate them throughout workouts as intensity gets harder, and mainly holding them accountable day in and day out. I am a very tell it how it is yet encouraging type of coach. “Nothing worth it comes easy” is a huge saying I go by. I am more than happy to help you get closer to your goals and continue to strive to be the best version of yourself. LETS WORK

Furqan Abbasi

My name is Furqan Abbasi, and I’m a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, with a B.S. in Biology and over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in helping clients build muscle, lose body fat, and enjoy the process of transforming their bodies and mindset.

Before training full-time, I worked as a Fitness Manager, which gave me valuable exposure to a wide range of client needs, challenges, and feedback. That experience helped me understand how to truly coach people—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It shaped the way I design programs, communicate, and create a supportive environment where clients feel motivated, understood, and excited to grow.

My passion comes from my own journey. I used to be overweight, and fitness helped me overcome depression and rebuild my confidence. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others feel that same sense of empowerment and possibility.

TJ Ehrasam

TJ Ehrsam is the founder of Elevate Sports Training. TJ earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and his Master’s Degree in Sports Science at Hofstra University. TJ was also a member of the Hofstra Baseball Team. During his time at Hofstra, TJ interned with former Yankees Strength and Conditioning coach Dana Cavalea at Major League Strength, as well as with the Hofstra Strength and Conditioning staff. He acquired the knowledge and skills to effectively train athletes of all ages. After college, TJ spent time training athletes and teams around Northern Virginia. He was an assistant baseball coach at James Madison HS in Vienna and currently teaches PE at Thoreau MS. In 2021, he started Elevate Sports Training (EST).

With over 10 years of experience, TJ has trained athletes of all levels – from elementary to adults – to help them achieve their goals and become better athletes. His philosophy is to build a foundation through proper movement and mastering technique. The training program is designed to improve athleticism, build confidence in athletes, and instill healthy habits.

David Foreman is a strength and conditioning specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of professional training experience, working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. His expertise includes hypertrophic training, rehabilitation-focused exercise programming, and substance abuse counseling. David also brings leadership and discipline to his practice as a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Kennidi Knoblock is a former Division I cross country and track athlete, current educator, NASM-certified personal trainer, and founder of EVOLVE, a coaching brand built on the belief that movement should be a lifelong habit, not a short-term fix. With a B.S. in Kinesiology, she helps clients create realistic, empowering routines that build strength, confidence, and consistency. Through supportive, high-energy coaching, Kennidi helps people develop a sustainable relationship with fitness that feels both challenging and enjoyable.
