Ashley is a NASM-CPT and has a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from JMU. She is passionate about helping clients achieve their fitness goals, whether it’s fat loss, muscle gain, or improving mobility. With a focus on creating personalized training programs, she works closely with each client to create programs that are both effective and enjoyable, helping them stay motivated and committed!

Dylan Layman

Dylan is an ISSA certified personal trainer with a specialization in corrective exercise. He grew up in Bridgewater and started working out when he was 15 and fell in love with fitness and the science behind it. Dylan is a former football and track athlete and loves meeting new people and learning about their fitness goals and rooting for them along the way. As a trainer, he is looking to give back the knowledge and wisdom he has learned throughout the years.

Mary Gould

Mary has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has experience training all age groups and fitness levels. She specializes in strength training, sports conditioning, and goal setting, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personalized goals and gain confidence throughout their fitness journey. Mary has played multiple sports and has even practiced martial arts, such as Krav Maga! She fell in love with weight lifting soon after and strives to help other people find their full potential through fitness.

With a background as a former soccer player in Peru, Manny brings firsthand experience in high-level athletics to personal training. Specializing in weight training and sports conditioning, Manny helps athletes improve their strength, endurance, and overall performance. Whether you’re an athlete looking to enhance your game or someone wanting to build strength and agility, Manny combines expert training methods with a personalized approach to help you reach your goals.

Hadrien Harroo

With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, Hadrien specializes in helping clients of all experience levels build confidence in the gym. He has a particular focus on working with busy professionals who spend most of their day sitting, designing programs that improve mobility, strength, and overall movement quality. As the founder of a successful meal prep company, Hadrien understands that true fitness goes beyond just training — it’s about building sustainable habits inside and outside the gym. His well-rounded approach combines expert coaching with practical strategies to help clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve lasting results.
