Dylan is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at JMU. Having grown up in Harrisonburg and been involved in sports from a young age, Dylan found her love for movement and athletics. As a trainer, her mission is to help others feel strong, confident, and empowered, while also supporting their overall health and well-being. She enjoys getting to know each client, building personalized training programs that will not only push them to their goals but also be enjoyable and sustainable at the same time.

Rylee Laliker

Rylee is a certified personal trainer through NASM. When he started working out, Rylee quickly realized that he had a strong passion for fitness and began to love it. Now as a trainer, Rylee wants to help educate as many people as he can about fitness, so they too can grow to have a healthy lifestyle. He wants to help others reach their fitness goals by providing them with all the resources they need to be the best versions of themselves. Rylee believes that everyone deserves to look and feel good in their bodies.

Benny Apple

Benny is a NASM-certified personal trainer with over three years of experience in both in-person and online coaching. He is just a few months away from completing his bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, giving him a strong foundation in training principles, biomechanics, and program design. Young, driven, and deeply passionate about fitness, he brings an energy and level of care that motivates clients to push past their limits and get real results. Benny’s long-term goal is to open his own training studio, and his commitment to his craft makes him a coach people genuinely want to work with.

Alex Schnare

Alex is a NASM-Certified Personal Trainer and a student at JMU. Her passion for fitness stems from a lifetime of soccer and running, and over the last few years, she has pivoted that athletic drive to focus on resistance training. Alex has experienced the many benefits that come from fitness and a healthy lifestyle, and her goal is to share that knowledge to empower others and help them get stronger. Alex’s personalized programs challenge clients to reach their goals with a motivating and realistic approach in mind.

Mary has been a Personal Trainer for 5 years through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and has experience training all age groups and fitness levels. She specializes in strength training, sports conditioning, and goal setting, focusing on helping clients set and achieve personalized goals and gain confidence throughout their fitness journey. Mary has played multiple sports and has even practiced martial arts, such as Krav Maga! She fell in love with weight lifting soon after and strives to help other people find their full potential through fitness.

Anna is certified as a personal trainer, nutrition coach, and health mindset coach and is studying functional health to support clients with deeper health issues. With over a decade of experience in strength and conditioning, Hadrien specializes in helping clients of all experience levels build confidence in the gym. He has a particular focus on working with busy professionals who spend most of their day sitting, designing programs that improve mobility, strength, and overall movement quality. As the founder of a successful meal prep company, Hadrien understands that true fitness goes beyond just training — it’s about building sustainable habits inside and outside the gym. David Foreman

David Foreman is a strength and conditioning specialist and NASM Certified Personal Trainer with 15 years of professional training experience, working with individuals of all ages and fitness levels. His expertise includes hypertrophic training, rehabilitation-focused exercise programming, and substance abuse counseling. David also brings leadership and discipline to his practice as a former Non-Commissioned Officer in the United States Marine Corps.

Furqan Abbasi

My name is Furqan Abbasi, and I’m a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise, with a B.S. in Biology and over a decade of experience in the fitness industry. I specialize in helping clients build muscle, lose body fat, and enjoy the process of transforming their bodies and mindset.

Before training full-time, I worked as a Fitness Manager, which gave me valuable exposure to a wide range of client needs, challenges, and feedback. That experience helped me understand how to truly coach people—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. It shaped the way I design programs, communicate, and create a supportive environment where clients feel motivated, understood, and excited to grow.

My passion comes from my own journey. I used to be overweight, and fitness helped me overcome depression and rebuild my confidence. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others feel that same sense of empowerment and possibility.

TJ Ehrasam

TJ Ehrsam is the founder of Elevate Sports Training. TJ earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science and his Master’s Degree in Sports Science at Hofstra University. TJ was also a member of the Hofstra Baseball Team. During his time at Hofstra, TJ interned with former Yankees Strength and Conditioning coach Dana Cavalea at Major League Strength, as well as with the Hofstra Strength and Conditioning staff. He acquired the knowledge and skills to effectively train athletes of all ages. After college, TJ spent time training athletes and teams around Northern Virginia. He was an assistant baseball coach at James Madison HS in Vienna and currently teaches PE at Thoreau MS. In 2021, he started Elevate Sports Training (EST).

With over 10 years of experience, TJ has trained athletes of all levels – from elementary to adults – to help them achieve their goals and become better athletes. His philosophy is to build a foundation through proper movement and mastering technique. The training program is designed to improve athleticism, build confidence in athletes, and instill healthy habits.
